Amer Hadžić

Amer Hadžić, born in 1987 in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, Department of Graphics, where in 2012 he earned a Master's degree in Fine Arts under the guidance of Professor Salim Obralić. He continues his professional and artistic development in a Master's program in Painting under the mentorship of Professor Tatjana Milaković. In 2013, he received the University of Sarajevo Charter. Since 2013, he has been working at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo as a Senior Assistant in the Department of Graphics. He is the author of numerous solo exhibitions and has participated in a large number of collective exhibitions, biennials, and triennials of art both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and on the international stage. Since 2021, he has been the director of the Center for Art and Artistic Education "ArkA," which was established as the first open graphic studio in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as a gallery and educational space for various artistic expressions. He is the recipient of significant awards, notably the Collegium Artisticum Award for Graphics, recognized as the highest honor in the field of graphics by the Association of Fine Artists of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
