Snežana Petrović

Snežana Petrović is the winner of the "Momo Kapor" prize for fine arts in 2023.
She was born in 1977 in Novi Sad. She graduated from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in 2004, in the Department of Graphic Art, where she also obtained her Master's degree in 2008. In 2015, she earned her doctorate from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade. She currently works as an assistant professor at the Department of Graphic Art at the University of Arts in Novi Sad. Her artistic work encompasses painting, graphic art, drawing, and objects. She has participated in over 220 group exhibitions and has held 21 solo exhibitions in Serbia and abroad (France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, England, Spain, Portugal, Russia, USA, Canada, India, Malaysia, China, and Japan). She has received numerous awards and recognitions for her artistic work, including awards at the 6th Tokyo International Mini-Print Triennial in Japan in 2018 and the 10th International Biennial of Graphic Art "Premio Acqui 2011" in Italy. Her works can be found in many private collections, as well as in national galleries and museums worldwide.
